Miss Sallie has been cooking for over 30 years starting with biscuits and desserts and later Cuisine, it was not until she was in her 30's that she decided to train as a patisserie chef. After receiving her diploma in pastry from the renowned Le Cordon Bleu cookery school in Paris, France she started her business Miss Sallie's Cuisine. Beautifully decorated and delicious pastries and fine cakes in the French/European tradition are now available to you from Miss Sallie’s Cuisine, as well as our artisanal biscuit range. Our produce is freshly made and package in our commercial kitchen. You will receive a product that is fresh and made from scratch and from local ingredients. We can also provide a catering service to you and can create a workshops and/or training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge to create beautiful cakes for you and your family and friends.
