Buying and Selling commodities

There are various health and food safety laws and regulations across the states and territories (ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT) that must be adhered to when selling, buying, moving and owning some commodities. It is the responsibility of the seller and buyer to ensure they comply with all laws and straightfromfarmers are not responsible for any breaches or incidents.

Straight from Farmers recommends all sellers/suppliers contact their local councils to confirm what rules and regulations apply. If you are already licensed please include an image of your license with your all your listings, this way potential customers know they are buying safe and quality products. Consumers can always reach us via contact us form should they have questions reg. any products listed on the site before it can be ordered/purchased.
